A Qualtrics Case Study
Dallas College, one of the largest community colleges in Texas, faced major employee trust and confidence challenges after its 2020 consolidation of seven colleges into one system. To rebuild trust and support its goal of becoming a forward-thinking institution, Dallas College partnered with Qualtrics and began using employee experience feedback tools to better understand concerns across the organization.
With Qualtrics, Dallas College launched employee surveys, Pulse surveys, and a custom EX feedback tool to identify issues and guide action. The insights led to leadership development changes, including 16 additional hours of training for managers and 360° reviews for executive leaders, plus a new benefit offering 8 hours of paid volunteer time. These actions helped improve employee engagement, support wellbeing, and strengthen retention efforts.
