A Qualtrics Case Study
Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS), the 25th largest U.S. school system with 108,376 students and one of the nation’s highest graduation rates, sought a way to deliver consistent, user-friendly surveys to students, parents, and teachers across any device and language. The district needed a scalable solution that could handle a complex, multifaceted engagement plan while remaining simple enough for respondents of all ages.
Qualtrics provided a flexible platform that met BCPS’s technical and accessibility requirements, enabling district-wide and community promotion of surveys and support for multiple languages and devices. The result was a dramatic rise in engagement—responses jumped from about 500 before Qualtrics to over 70,000 after implementation—improving feedback reach and program effectiveness.
