Their quarterly “Trust Survey for Fusion” generated around 2,000 responses, but manual analysis was time-consuming and made real-time, in-depth analysis difficult.
Using Qualtrics, Autodesk was able to speed up analysis and reduce the effort spent on first-level coding, freeing the team to explore deeper correlations in the data. The result was a more efficient research process with faster insight generation, helping Autodesk drive improvements more quickly.
