To improve deliverability and streamline operations they selected Quadient’s Satori Architect (formerly Satori Software) to address address quality, postal presorting and high-volume mailing requirements.

Quadient’s Satori Architect was integrated directly into The Shamrock Companies’ custom SQL application to provide CASS address validation, presorting and NCOALink updates within a single step. The integration cut the address-quality/presort process from five steps to one, saved roughly two minutes per job across 16–21 runs per day (more than three weeks of labor annually), supports 1.6–3 million mail pieces per month, reduced errors and improved deliverability while enabling postage discounts and greater operational efficiency.
