Regiocom AG, a major full-service provider for the German energy industry, faced a high-pressure communications challenge: a complex C4-size mailing (covering letter, two multi-page contracts, T&Cs and a bonus card) to more than 100,000 recipients with just two weeks to deliver — a job their existing printing systems could not handle. Canon recommended using Quadient and regiocom implemented Quadient Inspire for the project.

Using Quadient Inspire (installed via Quadient partner Canon), regiocom’s team delivered the initial campaign on time and error-free and has since scaled the solution: six specialists now use Quadient to produce about one million personalized print pieces per month and distribute millions of documents electronically. Quadient’s platform materially improved customer care and the customer experience at regiocom and is cited by management as one of their most strategically correct investments.
