Red Book Solutions - Customer Case Study

Red Book Solutions, a HotSchedules Company, needed to overcome printing constraints and modernize its variable-data communications. The team sought to repurpose legacy templates, gain sophisticated data handling and automation, and raise variable-data applications to an industrial level to support high volumes (1–5 million customer communications per month). After evaluating alternatives (including a home‑grown solution and XMPie), Red Book selected Quadient and its Quadient® Inspire platform.

Quadient implemented Quadient® Inspire to automate production, repurpose templates, and scale variable-data printing. The solution delivered best‑in‑class performance and scalability, improved reliability, reduced the time to create communications, lowered costs through greater efficiency, and freed manpower for new development—enabling Red Book to offer new value‑added services while producing 1–5 million communications per month.
