Heeter, a Pennsylvania-based print service provider, needed to speed clients’ time-to-market by automating manual, error-prone processes — especially file transfer management and booklet creation. Working with vendor Quadient, Heeter implemented GMC Inspire Messenger and Inspire’s booklet-maker capabilities to replace slow, manual file checks and complex pick‑and‑pack kit assembly.

Quadient’s solution automated file ingestion (writing incoming files directly into Heeter’s database), triggered email notifications every 15 minutes, and produced on-demand, full‑color booklets to replace multi-piece kits. The results: processing time for client notifications fell from 6 hours to 15 minutes, outsourcing of email delivery was eliminated, campaigns now reach recipients in 2 days instead of 2 weeks, temporary manual labor was removed, and postal savings on a single campaign reached up to $750,000.
