ANRO, a commercial print and mail shop that provides an all-digital direct mail platform for marketers, was challenged to become far more nimble and data-driven as clients demanded faster turnarounds, tighter governance, and multichannel analytics. Facing strict USPS requirements and the need to avoid replacing production applications every few years, ANRO selected Quadient (formerly GMC Software) to modernize its workflow with a solution that supports large-scale, data-driven direct mail and digital channels.
Quadient implemented the Inspire platform to create reusable, rules-based workflows, fast PostScript/PDF processing, and integrated analytics and governance. As a result, ANRO can regenerate proofs and get back into production without missing mailing windows, run jobs at >200,000 letters per hour, and scale to campaigns of 7.5 million pieces—improving responsiveness, reducing rework and tool churn, and enabling real-time, data-driven campaign decisions.
