Pondres successfully transforms its business with Quadient

Pondres Corporate, a Dutch data-driven multi-channel communications provider with over 165 employees serving major financial institutions, retailers, charities and government, faced a need to replace its aging VIPP system and support a growth strategy focused on digital and mobile engagement. Seeking an innovative partner aligned with its vision, Pondres Corporate selected Quadient (formerly GMC Software) and its GMC Inspire platform to manage increasingly complex, personalized and mobile-first communications.

Quadient implemented GMC Inspire as a platform-based, phased migration, and helped Pondres Corporate establish a center of excellence and close collaboration between Pondres’ IT team and Quadient developers. The solution enabled rapid omni-channel and dynamic communications, increased flexibility, and became the standard for new customers; 15 Pondres users now work on GMC Inspire. The Achmea pension project—delivering dynamic digital statements—drove a large percentage of recipients to opt for digital over print and earned Pondres the GMC Inspire Innovation Award in 2014, demonstrating Quadient’s measurable impact on adoption and innovation.
