Mailstreet, a Netherlands-based communications service provider, needed to consolidate legacy systems and rapidly offer omnichannel digital communications and desktop correspondence to its clients. To do this they selected Quadient’s award-winning customer communications management solution, GMC Inspire, to simplify maintenance, enable digital output and accelerate development of omnichannel services.
Using Quadient’s GMC Inspire, Mailstreet built a federated omnichannel and HybridMail platform (integrating partners such as Sandd and PostNL) that delivered major efficiency gains: 18x faster throughput of print and digital communications and a reduction in secure document creation time from 275 seconds to 15 seconds. Quadient’s solution now underpins Mailstreet’s offering—10 of 36 employees work daily with GMC Inspire—improving flexibility, speeding time-to-market and enabling new digital and mobile communications services.
