La Caja, one of Argentina’s largest insurers, faced an inefficient, labor‑intensive process for sending customer email and SMS communications and needed better control, faster time to market and more personalized campaigns. After evaluating options, La Caja selected Quadient’s GMC Inspire customer communications management platform to modernize and streamline its multichannel communications.

Quadient implemented GMC Inspire (with local partner SocialPath) and in two months deployed 123 email and SMS campaign workflows, delivering about 500,000 emails and 50,000 SMS messages per month. Quadient’s solution integrated with La Caja’s IT environment, enabled SQL‑based segmentation, tracking of opens/clicks/unsubscribes, consistent branded templates and faster campaign changes—resulting in greater automation, personalization, cost control and scalability.
