Quadient implemented Quadient Inspire as a single platform for designing, managing, and delivering customer communications, enabling workflow automation and quick integration of multiple data sources. The project allowed the company to rapidly develop complex communications (transactional, direct mail, email, fax, etc.), and delivered measurable benefits: revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and communication volume each rose 10–25%, with a realized payback period of 18–24 months; the customer also plans to add Quadient Interactive and Dynamic Communications within 18 months.
