A Quadient Case Study
MJO Data LLC, led by David Oleksik, was confronting the industry shift away from print-focused direct mail toward data-driven, omni-channel communications — needing cleaner data, better segmentation, and a way to deliver personalized content across print, email, SMS and apps. To address this, MJO Data adopted Quadient technologies (including Quadient Inspire and earlier BCC Ignite/Satori RedPoint for data quality) to move the business from legacy print workflows to a dynamic communications platform.
Quadient implemented Quadient Inspire with support from Quadient Professional Services to build mockups, proofs of concept and multi-platform applications tied to MJO’s SQL databases. The solution delivered a low learning curve for designers, enabled a nomination/certificate app that automates email and SMS follow-ups, and created reusable dynamic templates. As a result, MJO Data LLC expanded its service offerings beyond print, accelerated deployment of omni-channel campaigns, and opened new recurring revenue opportunities by turning customer data into repeatable, cross-channel communications.
