Quadient implemented GMC Inspire™ to produce responsive HTML5 account statements, integrate with Fubon Bank’s mobile app and pull data from the bank’s existing ecosystem. The solution moved statement production in‑house, enabled precision marketing and omni-channel preview for faster proofing and approvals, and delivered measurable improvements in operational efficiency, reduced compliance risk and higher ROI through better use of existing systems and personalized cross-channel communications.
