United States Department of Defense - Customer Case Study

Q-nomy has supported the U.S. Department of Defense with its Q-Flow Customer Visit Optimization solution for more than a decade. At the $534M Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), the challenge was to modernize patient flow: reduce waiting times, manage cross-department visits under a single SLA, ensure unified delivery of orders and results to clinicians, and provide self-service check-in and routing.

In partnership with integrator ACF Technologies, Q-nomy deployed Q-Flow from day one, including self-service kiosks, check-in and routing, queue management, digital signage and medical case management — all managed from a single application. The implementation streamlined multi-department journeys, cut patient transit times by at least 45 minutes, and increased staff efficiency while significantly improving the patient experience.
