A Q-nomy Case Study
The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles partnered with ACF to deploy Q-nomy’s Q-Flow technology to tackle chronic long wait times at its offices. With waits previously averaging around 66 minutes, the DMV needed real-time visibility and better queue management to speed service and reduce customer frustration.
ACF implemented greeter-led intake, online wait-time displays, TV screens with ticketed call numbers, and backend queue controls so managers can reassign resources and measure task times. Since rollout across the largest offices, average wait time has fallen from over an hour to about 10 minutes, customer satisfaction has improved, and advertising on lobby screens helped offset installation costs.
