Holmesglen TAFE, one of Victoria’s largest vocational and higher education providers serving nearly 50,000 students across four campuses, needed a scalable “one‑stop” Student Information Office after a facilities upgrade. The Registrar required a system that let current and prospective students identify their enquiry, be handled by a single staff member throughout the process, and transfer between service areas (such as student services or finance) without losing their place in the queue.

NEXA Group implemented Q-nomy’s Q-Flow queue management solution—touch‑screen kiosks, digital displays, audio announcements and reporting tools—to manage student flow and optimise staff productivity. The result is an open, welcoming office that eliminated traditional line queues, integrated services (even the café) into the enrolment experience, and will be extended to other campuses.
