Q-nomy partnered with Hennepin County’s Human Services and Public Health Department (HSPHD), which administers 80+ programs across a rapidly changing and diverse population. HSPHD issued an RFP seeking a single web-based queuing and reporting solution to improve client flow, track wait and transaction times, route and assign cases (including language needs), inform clients, integrate data with minimal customization, and meet state reporting requirements.

Q-nomy was selected, configured the Q-Flow software, sourced hardware, and delivered on-site installation and training. The system provided detailed client intake, 150+ service categories, self-serve queuing, language- and skill-based routing and assignment, multi-zone announcements, real-time and historical reporting, alerts and email notifications. Q-nomy trained 700 users and launched the system in one week; the solution met and exceeded HSPHD’s needs, improving service routing, reporting and the overall client experience.
