Colfondos, a Colombian pension fund manager, needed a better way to serve customers spread across a wide geographic area, especially as pandemic restrictions limited travel and in-person visits. Q-nomy, through partner Issatec, implemented the Q-Flow platform with Q-Flow Calendar, a customized self-service booking interface on Colfondos’ website, and Q-Flow Video Call Management integrated with Microsoft Teams. The result was a more efficient omnichannel service that reduced travel and waiting times, improved customer satisfaction, and helped lower costs while encouraging customers to choose virtual appointments over branch visits.
