Cabrini Health’s Medical Imaging Department in Malvern, Victoria is a multi‑modality imaging centre performing over 100,000 procedures a year. Its busy reception, served by five counters, forced many largely elderly or frail patients to stand in queues on arrival, creating discomfort and congestion in the waiting area.
