Bergen Community College, the largest community college in New Jersey, needed to streamline student services, reduce wait times, and improve the on-campus experience across its three campuses. To address these challenges, it turned to Q-nomy’s Q-Flow appointment booking and queue management system to help manage student flow, eliminate lines, and improve operations.

Q-nomy implemented Q-Flow with kiosks, digital signage, SMS notifications, self check-in, scheduling, AD synchronization, and later a mobile app for hybrid service delivery. The solution is now used by more than 50 agents, managers, and admins, and includes six ticket printer stations, five self-service kiosks, seven PA waiting area systems, and 13 digital signs, helping Bergen Community College cut unnecessary wait times and improve service access for students.
