Banca di Asti, an Italian savings bank with 137 branches serving Piedmont, Lombardy and expanding into Veneto and Liguria, launched a Branch Transformation program to modernize its branch and service models. The platform drove higher ATM/kiosk use, reduced teller workload so staff could focus on advisory sales, and delivered measurable performance and customer‑behavior insights; Q-Flow is now being rolled out to smaller branches and piloted in a digital-branch model with remote agents.
