GDT Visitor Management at Cisco Live

GDT RACING, an international IT solutions provider and one of the largest Cisco integrators in the US, needed to manage heavy visitor traffic and capture leads at its Cisco Live booth—especially for a high‑demand Ferrari simulator attraction. To streamline lines and improve the attendee experience, GDT RACING deployed Qminder’s visitor management app and Qminder TV.

Qminder provided queue management with real‑time status displays and integrations (Cisco Webex Teams for scoreboard alerts and Zapier to push data into Salesforce), enabling leaderboard notifications and immediate lead capture. The solution supported over 200 drivers per day, handled queues that reached about 15 people with an average wait of 30 minutes, improved guest experience, and allowed GDT RACING to follow up on attendees in real time.
