EyeSite is an advanced eye care and retail eyewear facility founded in 1991 that combines clinical services with a large optical shop. After moving to a larger location and reorganizing the floor plan, EyeSite needed to separate patients needing optometric care from visitors shopping for glasses and eliminate confusion in the waiting area; to address this they implemented Qminder’s queue management system.
Qminder lets EyeSite staff register each visitor’s name and required service and use a dashboard to see who’s next, which has eliminated the “wondering” part of waiting, improved visitor tracking, and made queues more human-friendly. By using Qminder, EyeSite streamlined patient flow and front‑desk operations, improving organization and supporting their plans to grow optometric sales and expand their eyewear selection.
