SYNLAB, the largest medical laboratory in Estonia, needed a better way to manage appointments and walk-ins across 20 laboratories and blood collection sites while reducing wait times and improving the patient experience. To address this challenge, SYNLAB turned to Qmatic and its Qmatic Orchestra patient journey management platform.
Qmatic implemented centralized queue and patient flow management, self-service kiosks, voice announcements, displays, real-time dashboards, and reporting tools to streamline the full patient journey. As a result, SYNLAB achieved smoother patient flows, lower wait times, and better operational visibility, helping staff forecast demand and improve service across all locations.
