A Qmatic Case Study
Kinetika Sardegna, a Korian Group company and one of Sardinia’s main accredited health operators, needed to transform the patient experience by reducing long waits, better managing queues, and keeping patients informed. To solve this, Kinetika partnered with Qmatic and implemented the Qmatic Orchestra patient journey management platform.
Qmatic delivered a solution of self-service touch-screen kiosks, ticketing, digital signage and real-time data/reports so patients are called by sequential number, queue status is visible on monitors, and staff can monitor waiting and transaction times. The Qmatic implementation eliminated physical lines, improved patient satisfaction and operational visibility, and helped Kinetika add about 1,900 additional outpatient appointments versus the prior year.
