Vitality Bowls, a growing superfood café franchise, faced a limited POS‑only rewards program that left them unable to communicate effectively with guests or understand customer behavior. PAR Punchh implemented segmented, personalized offers and omnichannel messaging, plus app ordering to reduce wait times, giving Vitality Bowls actionable customer data. As a result, customer acquisition grew 29% QoQ, loyalty participation exceeded 27%, and customer loyalty sales increased 45%, driving higher visit frequency, recency and spend across the brand.
