Round Table Pizza, part of Global Franchise Group LLC, faced declining guest frequency, lost share to third-party delivery, and limited visibility into customer behaviors and preferences. To modernize its customer engagement and omnichannel ordering, Round Table Pizza partnered with PAR Punchh to launch a customized loyalty program using the Punchh Loyalty, Offers and Engagement Platform and a Punchh-developed mobile rewards app.

PAR Punchh implemented loyalty features (coupons, eClub, gift cards, surveys), POS and online-ordering (POSNet) integrations, and API website integration to unify data, enable seamless sign-up/reward redemption, and deliver personalized omnichannel offers. The solution produced clear gains: a 17% loyalty participation rate in Q4 2020, 44% growth in loyalty sales from Q3–Q4 2020, a 45% increase in online ordering, and consistent month-over-month sign-up growth.
