Mooyah, a fast-casual burger chain with over 84 locations, faced a limited digital presence, a lack of customer data on frequency and ordering habits, and the need to pivot to curbside pickup during the COVID-19 pandemic. To address these challenges, Mooyah partnered with PAR Punchh and implemented Punchh Loyalty along with a mobile app and in-store channels, integrated with online ordering (Olo), POS (Brink), and payment systems.
PAR Punchh integrated systems, launched the mobile app, enabled curbside order mode within two weeks, and introduced store-level promo codes for online fundraising, while supporting targeted campaigns and segmentation. The results included a 24% increase in loyalty sales year‑over‑year, 24% higher loyalty AOV, a 57% increase in online sales, a 20% rise in participation rate, a 17% increase in loyalty visits, and $5,000 raised for No Kid Hungry, alongside improved customer insights and stronger same‑store sales.
