Huck’s Bucks Loyalty Program Delivers Customer Value Every Day

Huck’s, a 124‑store Midwest convenience chain, faced shifting shopper behaviors and growing demand for mobile convenience and loyalty. To create an omnichannel, frictionless rewards experience at the pump, in‑store and online, Huck’s partnered with PAR Punchh to implement a tailored convenience‑store loyalty solution, including the Punchh Convenience Store Loyalty Program and a branded mobile app.

PAR Punchh built and launched the Huck’s Bucks Bigg Rewards program—delivering a mobile app, Punchh eClub, coupons and promo codes, plus integrations with NCR rPOS and Koupon Media for age‑validated offers—while supporting employee incentives and multi‑channel marketing. From June–December 2020 the program drove 20,000 signups at launch, achieved 3× the online ordering goal through the app and averaged 6.4 loyalty visits, boosting customer engagement, acquisitions and measurable ROI for Huck’s.
