Pie Five Pizza, a nearly 80-location fast-casual chain, was struggling with an underperforming "Circle of Crust" loyalty program on Paytronix that was complex, costly, and produced inaccurate, hard-to-use reporting and limited performance insights. To convert known customers into loyalists and give franchisees better program management and shareable analytics, Pie Five Pizza turned to PAR Punchh and its Punchh Loyalty cloud-based marketing platform.
PAR Punchh implemented a customized mobile app and omnichannel loyalty solution (mobile, web, in-store) with integrations to online ordering (Olo) and POS (NCR Aloha), plus easy-to-read dashboards and franchisee tools. From August 2017 to September 2018 Pie Five achieved a 31% average offer redemption rate, 30% increase in loyalty revenue, 70% increase in online ordering revenue, ~6% check lift and a 173% rise in referred users with verified visits—demonstrating clear, measurable loyalty and revenue growth driven by PAR Punchh.
