Punchh restructured Fuzzy’s rewards program, added AI/ML-enhanced customer segmentation and a tiered “Bite Club” membership, and ran omnichannel, personalized campaigns and offers. The Punchh solution produced clear lifts: an 89% increase in check-ins, a 15% rise in loyalty sales and a 26% increase in feedback, while Punchh’s platform and services helped scale marketing and capture actionable guest data.
