Famous Dave’s Increases Casual Dining Loyalty Sales 48% Year Over Year

Famous Dave’s faced difficulty capturing first‑party customer data, increasing visit frequency, and communicating digitally with guests. In 2018 Famous Dave’s partnered with PAR Punchh to build its first loyalty program and mobile rewards app using the PAR Punchh Loyalty, Engagement and Offers Platform (Punchh Loyalty, Coupons & eClub) to drive omnichannel engagement and make customer data actionable.

PAR Punchh implemented a branded mobile app, loyalty engine, eClub and integrations with POS systems, online ordering (Olo), payments and email, plus automated, segmented campaigns. As a result, Famous Dave’s saw a 48% year‑over‑year increase in loyalty sales, 32% increase in loyalty check‑ins, 20% increase in participation and a 19% lift in redemptions; locations with integrated POS, online ordering and loyalty performed 7–10x better on loyalty KPIs.
