El Pollo Loco, Inc. partnered with PAR Punchh to strengthen its digital marketing and loyalty strategy as it expanded e-commerce, POS, and omnichannel ordering capabilities. The company needed a way to unify customer engagement across mobile ordering, curbside pickup, delivery, and other channels while keeping loyalty members highly engaged.
PAR Punchh implemented a customized loyalty and engagement platform integrated with El Pollo Loco’s core systems, enabling personalized campaigns through email, push, and rich messaging. The results included about 1.9 million loyalty members, digital sales reaching approximately 9 percent, delivery at 6 percent, member spend up 7 percent year-to-date and 11.9 percent year over year, and stronger customer acquisition and same-store sales.
