Quakers, the UK-based Religious Society of Friends, needed a new financial management system after long-term use of Infor SunSystems Version 4. They wanted better reporting, easier integration with software used across different parts of the organisation, and a system that would remain supported on their infrastructure.

PS Financials implemented its Financial Management System (FMS), integrated with four other systems and supported automated data imports through the Data Transformation Tool (DTT). The result was near real-time analysis and reporting, drill-down visibility into transaction detail and invoice images, and a system that users found flexible and easy to use; Quakers said they would recommend PS Financials.
