Learning Academy Partnership South West (LAPSW), a growing Multi-Academy Trust serving eight schools across Torbay and Devon, needed a more efficient way to run finance, HR, payroll and reporting across the group. PS Financials implemented its Financial Management system, HR module PS People, and integrated payroll capabilities over an 18-month rollout, giving LAPSW a single platform for staff and financial data, automated workflows and self-service tools. The result was immediate efficiency gains, fewer errors, stronger control and better data accuracy, while bringing payroll in-house is expected to save enough over three years to pay for the entire HR/payroll suite.
