Assura Group, a UK healthcare real estate investment trust, needed to unify the finances of its three main business divisions. The company was using multiple disconnected systems, including Pastel, Sage and Manhattan, which couldn’t interface with each other, were limited in functionality, and made reporting and consolidation difficult. PS Financials implemented a flexible core financial system with consolidation, reporting and integration capabilities, including Vision reporting and links to the company’s document management and property management systems. The solution helped Assura Group manage more than 90 companies and 30 users, automate monthly consolidations, reduce manual spreadsheet work, and improve the speed, reliability and consistency of management information. PS Financials also enabled automatic transaction flow between Landmark and the finance ledger, supporting the group’s continued expansion.
