Velera, a major payments credit union service organization, was on a significant growth path but lacked a formal change management program. This gap created a challenge to minimize the disruptive impact of changes on its employees. To address this, the company partnered with Prosci to adopt a structured approach to organizational change management.
Prosci provided its Change Management Certification Program, an Organizational Change Competency License, and a Train-the-Trainer Program. This solution enabled Velera to certify 22 internal change practitioners and build a network of ambassadors, making over 3,400 employees change-ready. Prosci's methodology was successfully applied to key projects, such as a major accounting system migration, resulting in high user adoption rates and providing the business with improved data insights and process efficiencies.
