A Prosci Case Study
Texas A&M University required a modern solution to replace its 35-year-old legacy payroll system, which was costly to maintain and no longer met the needs of its vast network of 11 universities and agencies. The institution partnered with Prosci to manage the people side of a major Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, which would impact over 58,000 users.
Using the Prosci Methodology, including the ADKAR Model and 3-Phase Process, Prosci helped Texas A&M build a robust change management framework. This included forming a strong sponsor coalition and a targeted communication and training strategy. Results from Prosci’s approach included high confidence in leadership, the project remaining on schedule and budget, and over 70% of key employees completing recommended readiness activities well before the system launch.
