The customer, a global manufacturing organization, faced a challenge of accelerated growth that revealed a need to build competency in change management to support new strategic goals. While they had a solid project management track record, they lacked the capability to manage the people side of change. They partnered with Prosci and acquired a Prosci License to begin addressing this need.
Working with Prosci, the organization implemented a multi-phase solution that included training internal practitioners, creating a formal Enterprise Change Management Plan, and facilitating organization-wide training. This embedded change management language and processes into the company culture. The results were significant, with over 90% of the organization better prepared for change and more than 20 business units equipped with change capabilities, leading to higher project success and employee engagement.
