Global Manufacturing Company Equips Managers and PMO With Change Competencies

Oshkosh Corporation, a global manufacturing company, faced challenges with meeting project deadlines and achieving end-user adoption on its internal initiatives. To address this, the company partnered with Prosci to acquire a formal approach to change management. They sought to build internal change capabilities to better prepare their employees for ongoing transformations.

Prosci provided its methodology through a license and Train-the-Trainer programs, enabling Oshkosh to develop a core team of in-house practitioners. This solution was integrated into the IT PMO and other business units, leading to over 200 employees trained and 15,000 better prepared for change. The results included a successful integration with the IT PMO, a significant increase in communication, a decrease in project delays, and change management being recognized as a strategic enterprise capability across the organization.
