The customer, Global Bank, an international financial institution with over 80,000 employees, faced the challenge of managing a high volume of large-scale changes and needed a more structured approach to achieve a return on its strategic investments. The bank partnered with the vendor Prosci to implement its change management methodology and certification program to build this internal capability.

Prosci helped Global Bank design a new operating model, align change management with existing project frameworks, and build competency by certifying 500 internal practitioners. The solution established formal change management groups and a community of practice, leading to a standardized, enterprisewide approach. The results included a significantly elevated change capability and 80,000 employees who were better prepared for and more engaged during change initiatives.
