Avangrid, a global energy and utility company, needed to improve its approach to managing change to respond to industry demands and drive growth. To build business agility, they partnered with Prosci to establish a structured change management capability.
The solution involved adopting the Prosci Methodology, certifying internal practitioners, and establishing a Change Management Office and Roadmap. Prosci helped Avangrid implement a Change Agent Network, leading to significant results including the successful transition of 4,100 employees to a new SAP system and an improvement of two levels in change maturity. The partnership with Prosci was so successful it influenced Avangrid's parent company to also adopt their methodologies.
