TAP Air Portugal faced intensifying competition and a fast-changing travel market, especially in key regions like the US and Brazil, and needed a more profitable, scalable digital strategy. Using PROS airTRFX and airWire, the airline set out to improve content, channel performance, and customer engagement across its digital booking journey.
PROS helped TAP Air Portugal clean up and optimize more than 100 underperforming pages, expand promoted routes, and launch tailored content across regions and languages. The results included a 49% increase in sessions from airTRFX pages, 29% growth in organic performance, 25–35% estimated revenue growth from PROS-driven pages, and a shift in traffic from 60/40 desktop-mobile to 40/60, with nearly half of users proceeding to booking.
