A PROS Case Study
TAP Air Portugal, a medium-sized European airline serving North America, Brazil, the U.S., Africa, and Europe, has worked with PROS for about 25 years to modernize revenue management and improve automation across passenger and group sales. The airline uses PROS’s cloud-based offer optimization tools, including Revenue Management, Real-Time Dynamic Pricing, and Group Sales Optimizer, to support its RM operations.
PROS helped TAP Air Portugal automate revenue management processes and strengthen change management, business process support, and best practices adoption. As a result, TAP has advanced toward more efficient, AI-ready revenue management and is now preparing to move to RTDP Ultimate and continuous pricing as part of its roadmap with PROS.
