Increasing Direct Bookings by Deploying Pages with Real-time Rates at Scale

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts needed a scalable way to promote properties and offers while driving more guests to book directly instead of through third-party sites. To solve this, Hyatt partnered with PROS and used airTRFX, PROS’s hotel rate marketing platform, to launch pages with real-time room rates across destination cities, properties, and special offers.

PROS implemented scalable landing pages and custom pages with live rates to support Hyatt’s paid search, organic search, social, display, and email campaigns. The result was improved campaign performance, more high-quality traffic to Hyatt.com’s booking engine, and more direct online bookings.
