The Medical Devices Manufacturer, a seller of highly configurable medical equipment to hospitals and institutions, was struggling with slow, spreadsheet-based quoting, siloed data, and inconsistent pricing and proposal processes that were hurting growth and margins. The company needed a more modern way to manage complex configurations and quoting, and turned to PROS and its partners for help, including AI-powered Quoting by PROS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration.

PROS implemented AI-powered Quoting by PROS alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 at a European location in 2022, enabling sales teams to generate quotes faster and more independently. The rollout is expanding to more European sites, with about 70 users expected to adopt the CPQ solution; the company is also adding PROS Agreements and evaluating PROS Pricing. The project has already been delivered on time and in budget, with improved speed, precision, and quote consistency.
