Breeze Airways partnered with PROS to expand its search engine marketing strategy by adding Bing as a new channel. The challenge was to reach more high-intent travelers and prove the value of investing in a growing search platform, while identifying which campaign types could drive stronger bookings and revenue.
PROS implemented the SEM strategy in February 2024, starting cautiously with brand campaigns, then expanding into additional campaign types after early positive results. Since then, Breeze Airways has seen measurable gains on Bing Ads, including an 11% increase in conversions and revenue, 7% more traffic, 12% more impressions, 19% higher CTR, 17% higher CVR, and 18% higher ROAS, helping the airline reach new audiences and maximize spend.
