airBaltic, the leading airline in the Baltics, wanted to move beyond static seat-assignment pricing and reduce the manual effort needed to manage ancillary offers. PROS implemented Dynamic Ancillary Pricing in phases, integrating it with airBaltic’s merchandising engine and booking system to deliver real-time, AI-driven seat prices. After go-live and A/B testing, PROS helped airBaltic achieve a 6% increase in advanced seat reservation revenue per passenger, surpassing the original 2–3% target, while reducing manual pricing work to nearly zero.
