Thai Airways needed to stimulate immediate bookings for future travel during the COVID-19 slowdown while also boosting loyalty program membership. To do this, Thai Airways worked with PROS and used the airTRFX airline retailing and offer management platform to support a 60th Anniversary promotion offering rewards members triple miles for advance bookings.
PROS helped Thai Airways create targeted custom landing pages with real-time fares, then promoted them across email, push notifications, social media, and the website. The campaign generated TBH 6.7 million (USD 207K) in two days and 22,500 sessions, with email delivering a 3.3% conversion rate and 60% of total promotion revenue.
